By itself, I think. Although moving the cursor sometimes made a second faint cursor-like arrow
appear in the fuzziness.
Basically, small areas of the desktop wallpaper started getting distorted like a bad TV picture
(despite it being an LCD panel). The effect was not localised to one particular spot, and never
lasted for very long each time either.
