Eek! No DDC for VGA!

Is this a monitor which doesn't do DDC? Or is DDC flaky here too?

Above output cames from connected Samsyng SyncMaster 755DF (CRT) monitor (AFAIR it does DCC), below one is from SyncMaster 770P (TFT, but of course connected by D-sub as 755DF).
