Docking makes no difference with no monitor attached it seems, it still 
seems to use DACA.

Currently we have the following macro for this laptop:
 PANEL_B2_VGA_A0

Panel is connected to LVTMA (of course) and DDC 2
VGA is connected to DACA and DDC 0

>From this data, this still seems correct.
