Can you have another go with the VGA connected?
On r5xx we often see the slave appear on both bus 0 and bus 3. We see
only bus 3 here, so that kind of makes me assume that bus 0 for some
reason didn't respond.
We just had Ruediger Oertel walk past with his macbook and tell us
that, after a fresh boot, there is nothing on DDC, after a suspend to
ram, there is something on DDC...
The fun starts here :)
