pktcdvd0: WRITE error sector xxx

Hi,

I have a problem writing anything to a external USB cdrw. Using cdrwtool
-d /dev/scd0 -q -t 4 it is formated without any problems. Then I can
mount it and see the content, the detected speeds are OK. But any write
produces a lot of "pktcdvd0: WRITE error sector xxx" messages. It should
not be related to a bad medium, I tried several with the same result and
I think the drive doesn't even try to write, as the red LED is never
active. I used packet-2.4.19-2 and packet-2.4.20-pre11 and with cdrecord
the writer works without any problems.

Any ideas?
