Sure, I have used it, and works automatically (XFCE and Network Manager). I just connect the phone and the computer via USB (Android phone). In the setup wheel, wireless connections and networks (I'm translating from Spanish, words could differ), Plus. Then "Share Internet and WiFi zone", then "share via USB", which will be disabled if the cable is not connected. I have a shortcut for this. Once you do that, network manager will see it and connect. -- Cheers / Saludos, Carlos E. R. (from 42.2 x86_64 "Malachite" (Minas Tirith))
