I think that is a firefox setting - to go to the most recent page or something like that.
On Firefox, when I open a new tab, the program switches immediately to it.
may be some new thunderbird setup? Not very important
what I would have liked is to go back to Th when closing the given tag
When I click on Thunderbird on a link, a new tab opens in Firefox and the focus switches to it, but only if Firefox is in the same desktop. This is not the default behaviour in XFCE: the default is to bring Firefox to the current desktop and set the focus on it. I disabled this. On closing the tab, nothing happens, the focus remains on the browser.
So the behaviour is related to the desktop configuration you have.
AFAIK, the behaviour is determined by xdg-open, which does indeed behave differently depending on what desktop you have. -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse+owner@opensuse.org
