Yes. Not 100% workaround is to carefuly set priorities of the repositories.
Or save/copy /etc/zypp/repos.d/
for use on new box.
Does not guarantee that each package is selected again from the
repository that was used the first time. The install system will select
each package from the configured repository according to the defined
priorities, automatically.
