The HP25C is long gone, I switched to HP15C - still use one every day. Indeed. I, too, have an android smartphone https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.hp.hp15c15&hl=en
Mind you, if I want to do RPN on my phone I'll use gFORTH. But that get back to text mode vs gui, doesn't it?
My first calculator was a "four banger", basic arithmetic, no memory, fixed point. It cost $150, back in 1975. I then got a Novus Mathematician, which used RPN. I then had a couple of Sharp scientific calculators, which were pretty good and now use a calculator app called "RealCalc" on my Android phone. However, I still have a slide rule in my desk drawer, just in case... ;-) BTW, I bought that slide rule for $2, when I started high school in 1967. It's a Pickett Microline 120. -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse+owner@opensuse.org
