How does one open and use a *.jar file?
Open same way as .zip, e.g. put mc highlight on it and hit <ENTER> to see, F5 to copy bits out, etc. Use depends on its content. Java. Mozilla products used to use them as file access performance enhancement, but I don't see any in recent Firefox. -- "The wise are known for their understanding, and pleasant words are persuasive."
