Is there any way to get at the systemsettings without having a taskbar ?
not a plain answer, but a workaround.
I had the same problem on a friend computer last saturday. What I did:
* Ctrl Alt F1, the terminal do not share screens so you have the login and can log * log as root * go to /home/<user>/.local/share
then search for kde4 and a "kscreen" folder. The screen config is there, you can save it elsewhere for reuse or simply delete it.
reboot
and it's ok jdd
Hi, I tried deleting all files in the kscreen folder, but I still get no taskbar. And there is no kde4 folder in .local Koenraad. -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse+owner@opensuse.org
