Yes, it writes to /var/log/rsyncd.log. But if that's the case, how does journalctl know when the rsyncd logs begin and end? :~> journalctl -n -u=rsyncd -- Logs begin at Tue 2015-06-02 10:09:55 BST, end at Fri 2015-11-27 13:45:01 GMT. -- Presumably it is getting that information from the rsyncd systemd unit.
