Hi 13.2 with KDE

If we hover the pointer over a button, we see a black rectangle as if we have black writing on a black background. we tried different theme, but the same blackness. Is there a setting for this? The same apps in lxde show the tip. Probably has to do with the particular theme you are using. Try adjusting it in systemsettings5, or just systemsettings if you are not using
