I have 14 email accounts and 5 calendars. I too have never encountered this problem. I think it has to do with the use of Master password. Like David I don't use a master password. Like Linda, I don't see the point. Maybe its the dinosaur in me, but I recall the whole "Single sign-on" debate where the objection was to having to keep entering passwords for each and every application. And yes I use a password manager so I don't have to go though all that with web based application. My policy is that *I* should be the one on control of the computer, not the computer in control and continually making demands of me, disrupting my work-flow and chain of thought with authentication demands. The people building tablets and phones have the right idea.
