This is very interesting!
I'm seeing one issue with the lock file.
This way it works:
:0f
* ^X-Mailinglist: opensuse-es
| /usr/bin/formail -bfi 'Reply-To: "oS-es" '
:0 aw: y_gml_os-unifd.lock
# $HOME/Mail/_Lists/y_gml_os-unifd
| $DELIVER -m _Lists/y_gml_os-unifd
:0f
* ^X-Mailinglist: opensuse
| /usr/bin/formail -bfi 'Reply-To: "OS-en" '
:0 aw: y_gml_os-unifd.lock
| $DELIVER -m _Lists/y_gml_os-unifd
And the log shows it:

Folder: /usr/lib/dovecot/dovecot-lda -m _Lists/y_gml_os-unifd 8183
which I understand is the correct flow. Of course, it is a nuisance having
to specify a different lock file on each rule, and the same lock file for
those rules writing to the same folder...
Pity that procmail can't call dovecot-lda without a pipe, or some other
automatic method to determine the destination folder and thus better
create the correct lock file automatically.
