yes, kdeconnect (don't know about 12.3) android pgm WiFi File Transfer android pgm AirDroid android pgm ConnectBot android pgm ES File Explorer ownCloud and probably many more but some effort will be required to search. Hi From the android sdk using adb (I just have it sitting in my ~/bin dir) and the backup option or maybe pull? Then there is sshdroid as well.
