No, the problem is that it means two separate encrypted spaces. Two password prompts. Wait... got an idea. You can tell YaST to install, with full system encryption, on the first disk only. YaST will insist on doing this with LVM, even if there is only one partition inside - I think. After this is done and working, you can add new partitions on the second disk, encrypted, with LVM or not, as you wish. Home could be there.
