Easy. It's missing a proper LD_LIBRARY_PATH that is usually set in the seamonkey/firefox/thunderbird shell-script, the actual binary is named '-bin', e.g. seamonkey-bin. Why that specific "./seamonkey" does not do that is beyond me, using sh -x ./seamonkey might help find out. -dnh, using the seamonkey RPMs from the Mozilla-Repo by W.
