I already did in another post..the documentation also explains what will go wrong.

This is loop only if syslogd echoes to stdout/stderr messages that are fed to it. Does rsyslog do it?
Yes, this should not happend, but there is no special unit setting to stop the feedback loop (needed just for syslog btw)
