Vale. So can I do this? Have both repos installed and say, 'reinstall everything that is already installed but take it from samba:TESTING' and then switch back to samba:STABLE. yast used to have a 'switch to this repo' but I can't find it in 12.3
Oops. I was going to check the switch thing, but I forgot, and now I can't use that machine. zypper I dunno. I don't like it for these things. Yesterday I tried to use it to install acroread. I didn't notice that it had autoselected another gigabyte of files till it had been working for 15 minutes... I was on another workspace. I aborted it, nothing installed. Thankfully. With yast I get a pop-up warning. More difficult to miss. - -- Cheers / Saludos, Carlos E. R.
