Short answer: Someone smarter than me. Long answer: I found a packaging error in one of the Xorg packages a few days ago, and dredged the name Tobias Johannes Klausmann and his email from the signatures in the package and sent him email. (He appears to be responsible for packaging xorg for OpenSuse. You will see his name in most of the packages for xorg on opensuse). He responded and recommended that Repository. Thank you for your reply.
Who maintains this repository? X.Org or openSUSE?

It solves a lot of problems with the current community driver.
