You can use this PR crap on the punters in the street but those who read/write in/to the oS mail lists and who have been using oS for many years shouldn't have to be told "cannot tell you what the URL is; I've been sworn to keep it secret." And this without even mentioning that my ISP - the second BIGGEST ISP in Australia (or so it claims)! - who is listed as a MIRROR to opensuse doesn't even have 12.3 in it's list of directories! With the official release to take place in less than 2 1/2 hours my time!
