Some variation of Greg's suggestion is a good way to save time. Most Windows users have all their personal stuff in Documents & Settings, so if you only copy that with an archiver, then look around to see if they put things elsewhere and copy that too, it should be all you need, and save time also in deciding what to copy back after the recovery. -- "The wise are known for their understanding, and pleasant words are persuasive."
