Perhaps, but the description doesn't describe it much. It is software that raises suspicions, at least, so it has to be handled with care by the installer, not with stealthed silence. You see, Firefox has menu entries to disable history, that enables private browsing, that disables cookies... that's care for the users for which tracking is a concern.
