I am 100% sure that I will never, ever want to install ver.
11.2.202.235 of flash-player. I just want to "ignore" or "forget" it
until the next version of flash-player comes out.

Is there an alternative to lock/taboo that would be better for
this?

add a lock with zypper:

zypper al flash-player

But you see, it locks all versions of flash-player. What he wants, and I
agree, I also want that feature, is lock or taboo only one version, so
that we get prompted to install the next version.
