I want to do a slideshow with a voiceover and some titles. What I'm thinking is show a German stamp and I explain what it is, ie who is on it etc. Then upload it to youtube so that my customers know what the new stamps are. Can someone suggest a good program to do this with? I've done successfully video + audio track editing with OpenShot. This is available via the normal repos. Depending on your needs, OpenShot can be a bit basic. If you find it buggy (as I did) and not sufficient to meet your needs, you should also look into "kdenlive" Kdenlive is more complex, but also more powerful than OpenShot, so your mileage may vary.
In any case, James, let us know what you find/use. I'm interested in real-world feedback regarding these tools.
