I did a search in the repos installed on my machine for a video
capture application and Freeseer was the only one that showed up. So I
installed it and tried to make use of it.

I am trying to capture the sequence of all the attempts I am trying to
make to change settings in a web based app in Freeseer. It's not
displaying everything in full motion. It's missing things and playing
more like a slide show than a video. Is there a better app for 12.1
KDE?
I have tried various configuration settings but it seems to have a
rather poor default settings and is lacking a lot of things that would
just seem basic to an application like this. You can't even name the
video you are trying to make and it only uses .ogg for instance.

My system has plenty of CPU being a quad core running at 3.2Ghz
