I don't mind providing a simple hint / solution to an off topic
question now and then, but Wordpress has amazingly good documentation
and a huge user community, including many forums, Wiki/web pages and
even IRC channels. Eveything I've learned about WP has been gleaned from
those sources. I suggest you start researching your requirements there.
'Multi-site' installations might be possible, but that is beyond the
scope of what could or should be addressed on this list. Also, the
convention here is 'bottom posting' not 'top posting'.
