Hi,
what is the recommended way to fix my webcam to /dev/video1 and the
tv card
to /dev/video0.
It seems to work, but dmesg gives me:
[ 13.510547] udevd[522]: kernel-provided name 'video0' and NAME=
'video1' disagree, please use SYMLINK+= or change the kernel to
provide the proper name
[ 13.581115] udevd[516]: kernel-provided name 'video1' and NAME=
'video0' disagree, please use SYMLINK+= or change the kernel to
provide the proper name
For me it seems as if udevd complains about what I want to achieve.
Changing the device names.
Christoph

working correctly (I've never seen reverse order of video cards since
I've defined these rules) in spite of these messages.
