No, unfortunately this is a long standing problem with the build service.
At any given time, you have "updates" in other repositories which have
lower release numbers than the packages in the original openSUSE
repositories. Release number handling between repositories in OBS is and
has always been completely broken (there is no way to say a package in
repo A should get a higher release number than the same package in repo
B, there is no way at all to guarantee a strictly increasing sequence of
release numbers)
other than limiting the repos which you subscribe....
Sadly not even that helps. The release numbers within a repo will frequently
reset for no reason I have been able to determine
