Are there any packages for eclipse-classic or the other eclipse IDE's for
opensuse? I checked yast and search.opensuse.org and came up with nothing
for 11.4. I got the tarball from http://www.eclipse.org/downloads/, but I
could swear there used to be packages for this during the 10.X - 11.0
timeframe? What's the scoop? Licensing?
Eclipse is written in Java, you could simply download the binaries, unpack
them, install the java machine and launch the executable.
