[opensuse] Inappropriate shut down after upgrade to 12.1

Hello,
after upgrade from 11.4 to 12.1 (64b, KDE) I face only one problem
(otherwise the upgrade was very easy): when I shut the notebook down
using KDE's main menu, it doesn't shut down. It freezes on splash
screen. There is no way how to get to console etc., I have to hold power
button for some time to force shutting down. In log I see only something
like this:

- From release notes I see:
"System Shutdown with systemd
To halt and poweroff the system when using systemd, issue halt -p or
shutdown -h now on the command-line or use the shutdown button provided
by your desktop environment.
Note: A plain halt will not shutdown the system properly."
If I use "sudo halt -p" from command line, the computer is shut down
properly. So, I think KDE is using bad command - it was not upgraded
during distribution upgrade...
So, please, does anyone know how to fix it? Should I write bug report?
