./googleearth-bin: symbol lockup error: ./librender.so undefined
symbol: glXGetConfig
Undo that change GL is NOT GLU! This are completely different objects
with completely different content.
Check if the package Mesa is installed which contains libGL.so.1
And if I remember correctly, on 64bit system you also need Mesa-32.
