Its not two lines, its one line.
I broke it into two (plus the "" to indicate continuation, which, sadly, I don't think the parser for fstab can handle) so as to make it more readable.
Heck, my reader would have line-wrapped anyway.
Make it one line, take out the "".
OBTW, what do your logs say?
I have two nfs mount entries. Therefore I wrote about two lines. My fault. I added the option to each of the nfs mount entries without wrapping. The logs give me no hint. See below. The boot started about at 14:49. At 14:51 there seems to be a timeout. Then the system tries to start the network. However nothing happens for the next hour. At 15:58 I have restarted the machine.
