I filed a bug with KDE: https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=287231 The maintainer at KDE close my bug saying that he believes that it is not a KDE problem... Then you have to track it in the Novell bugzilla. Including a reference to the KDE bug tracker. As usual report the bugzilla.novell.com (bnc) ID here too.
But save your time if this isn't easy to reproduce. Cause without a description how to run into the issue you'll get no attention.
