Yep. All that to replace one whole line in after.local. Why not still
have that after.local function included in systemctl? It is a very
useful function.
After.local already starts after the network ..

that will show up either in a future update or in the next opensuse version, I guess that solves your particular usecase of a 6to4 tunnel.
So, how does one get that into the current version?
