12.1
I have to give the root password and the wpa password every time I turn on my laptop.
result vary depending your configuration. Network manager was always a pain, and the present version is a tentative to fix some bugs. I agree it's not that successfull, but do not too much shout on the testers, this version was included very late in hope of correcting some bugs - but probably inserted others. In my case, with the old version (two month ago, with factory) I could clic on a wlan line on the knetwork manager to activate it. Now I have a fine list of the networks... but no way to activate them. Problem is I do not use my laptop very often, So I discovered this only yesterday when representing openSUSE at the JM2L in Sophia Antipolis (France). The best way you can help is scanning bugzilla to find the network manager bug list (probably hudge) and add your notes there. I know people that are working on this, so I hope your note to be usefull thanks (I will also do as soon as I go back home) jdd -- http://www.dodin.net -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse+owner@opensuse.org
