Hi all, I am setting up my laptop with OS 11.4 32 bit and KDE 4.6.00.
Just a few setup problems. First of all, I have a high resolution monitor, so all my fonts are small. I am working on that. But the first thing I want to adjust is the profile setting on bash. I go to settings -> configure profiles -> edit profile, "settings -> configure profiles -> edit profile".
Sorry, no such thing. In Konsole there is. My guess is that's what George is talking about.
If one asks a question in a list such as this, nobody should have to guesstimate what they mean: the question should contain the details which they are talking about. Responding simply on "guesstimates" only creates speculative, and almost always useless, verbage which clutters up this (or some other) mail list. If the OP was talking about Konsole then he should have mentioned it. I am not a mind reader, neither am I a psychic, so being specific when asking for help is essential :-) . I, for example, simply ignore posts which contain meaningless subject headings such as, "Help!". BC -- "Facts are stupid things."
