https://features.opensuse.org/ is the best entry point I have in mind.
At the starting point you also find instructions how to use it.

After the recent comments in this thread I'm quite sure this will not be
solved/ addressed in a generic _and_ simple way as suggested and
requested.  I'm sure we'll see a weeks if not months ongoing and to
nothing leading discussion while user Joe Doe will not be able to use a
par port printer with the next openSUSE release.  But hey, that's all at
the end an advantage to our environment. ;)
