Besides rules about rude behavior, there is one that we consider very important and it is written on the top of: http://en.opensuse.org/openSUSE:Mailing_list_netiquette "It is pointless to post an email that only warns about posting style ..." It was created to make good people aware that good intention to keep order on the list actually undercuts our efforts to have more people using openSUSE, and so far I can say that works with them.
