separate unique public address? I guess we'll get a block of these
from our ISPs?
Yes, that's correct. I have a /56 subnet, which means I have 72 address bits to play with or about a trillion times the entire IPv4 address space. That /56 subnet would typically be split into 256 /64 subnets.
