Depending on brand, I've seen any of 192.168.0.1, 192.168.1.1 or 192.168.2.1.
And the one I have (Trendnet) uses 192.168.10.1

DLink routers use .254 just to be different :) also Thomson routers do also . I wonder when will home routers switch to IP v6.
