See the file /etc/postfix/master.cf.  The line with "submission" (port
587) is usually commented out.  Just uncomment that line.  You may also
need to add/adjust TLS-related  parameters in /etc/postfix/main.cf.

See 'man 5 master' and 'man 5 postconf'
