For you, where ever you see 11.4, you should have 11.3.
Specifically note the last repo in my list:
http://download.opensuse.org/update/11.4/
You should have http://download.opensuse.org/update/11.3/
You should get all the "security" updates from there.
If you want to do a full distro update to 11.4 (released today), then
its a little more complex. See:
http://en.opensuse.org/SDB:System_upgrade

I am new to openSUSE, I have 11.3 gnome version and I want to upgrade via
Yast Online Update, but there are not any available patches.
