That looks like the error is on an other Place. If i start the YaST 
Metahandler (*.ymp handler) i'm get the same:

/usr/lib/YaST2/bin/y2base: symbol lookup error: 
/usr/lib/perl5/vendor_perl/5.12.3/x86_64-linux-thread-
multi/auto/XML/Parser/Expat/Expat.so: undefined symbol: Perl_pad_sv
