Well... that was weird... I went to the page and couldn't vote.  it
says I've already cast my vote.

There's something borked with the openSUSE Connect pages for me anyway
(Firefox 4.0B9).  The Connect page will not load right the first
time... usually I see it in a broken format with no CSS applied.. text
all over the place.  If I reload.. sometimes 3 or 4 times then the
styles are applied and it looks "right".  That happened with this
poll, and when the page was finally readable with all text elements in
the right place, it said I'd already voted.  The same thing happened
with the Board member vote page.
