I'm actually seeing significant problems with 4.6 B1, especially with regard
to Dolphin and Kong.  I've filed some bug reports, and am kind of in wait mode
right now.

Start Dolphin. Close Dolphin.  It won't start again.   Works fine for root but 
nobody else.

Start Kong, Shutdown Kong. Start Kong again, now two kongs running. Rinse, 
repeat and
eventually fill memory with kong instances that refuse to shut down.

I've never gotten Kmail to actually send mail via Gmail either.  It horks
up the account name for smtp as a minimum, but even fixing that doesn't help.
