Hi, i'm using kde and for this particular user account all the file associations are opened by kwrite and when i login all the programs that are suppose to start fail and instead the script that's suppose to open opens up with kwrite. other user accounts are fine. i would like to know if there is a file association database file i can copy over from the other users directory.
Err... Would that be kde3 or kde4? I don't know the answer for either, but the file association changes made by users should be either under ~/.kde, or ~/.kde4. Possibly /var/tmp/kdecache-<user>.
