Hello - I am going to start this conversation as a separate thread, in
parallel with a thread I started to try and get my Encore 802-11n USB
wireless adapter working... (am running out of time with my wife who is
unhappy about me stringing an Ethernet cable across our living room to
my laptop, and internet Google searches is leading me to believe there
may be serious problems with the Ralink drivers that I need for this
adapter.)
That said, can anyone recommend a wireless N USB adapter that just simply works out of the box for openSuSE 11.2? I looked at the HCL on the openSuSE list, which is a bit dated with most entries supporting wireless G. And since I may have gotten burned by trying one USB stick using the Ralink chipset, not sure I want to try another. Much appreciate any and all words of wisdom offered!
