[opensuse] Changed provider - Yast DNS problems

Hi!
I have today changed Internet provider and found that Internet configuration
through Yast does not work as expected on 11.3.
Previously I had PPPoE connection, now I have a direct connection to Internet.
The servicemen who set up the connection obviously saw Linux for the first
time so could not help.
It seemed that the IP configuration went well but the DNS servers did not
work.
Any changes in Yast did not affect the problem.
After the servicemen left I succeeded to set up the network by manually
deleting file resolv.conf and renaming resolv.conf.netconfig to resolv.conf.
The same problem I encountered this summer when my provider moved me from PPTP
VPN to PPPoE.
It seems Yast is completely useless when configuring DNS.
